What if we gave you $2,500? We’re completely serious, and here’s why. At Van Poole Properties Group, we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary, and we want to mark it by giving back in a fun way to the people who made it all possible.

Our story started on September 11th, 2001. That was our founder Barbara’s birthday, and it was also her very first day in business when she started our team. What a momentous day to begin a real estate career. Now, after 25 years of helping people buy, sell, invest, and build wealth in real estate, we want to celebrate with all of you.

Here’s the giveaway. On Tuesday, September 1st, we’re holding a one-day call-in contest, and one lucky winner is going to receive up to $2,500. The way to enter is simple, so put a reminder on your phone or calendar right now. Here’s what you need to know:

Want more chances to win? We really love winning, so we understand the feeling. Here’s how you earn extra entries: introduce us to someone you know that we should know. Maybe it’s somebody who just moved to town and wants to get to know the area better, or someone looking to invest and build their portfolio, or anyone thinking about buying or selling in the next year or two. Anyone you introduce us to gets an entry, and you get five additional entries for every person you introduce, whether they end up buying or selling or not.

The math is pretty fun. One introduction equals five extra entries, so if you introduced us to five people, that’s 25 entries, which feels just right for our 25th year. There’s no limit to how many people you can introduce us to, and it’s completely optional. We just want to meet people you know, like, and trust, because chances are we’ll love them too over time.

Remember one rule: You just have to call us. So on September 1st, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., pick up the phone and give us a call, because we want to give someone $2,500. After the call event ends, we’ll draw names, pick the winner, and give them a call.
